Effective: July 2026
By downloading, accessing, or playing ORBSTONIA (the "Service"), operated by Tyga.Cloud Ltd (company number 14643275, registered in England and Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). ORBSTONIA is a division of Tyga.Cloud Ltd. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
ORBSTONIA is a free-to-play, real-time multiplayer arena game in which players compete to collect Orb Stones. The Service includes online multiplayer, chat, player accounts, cosmetic customisation, and optional purchases of in-game currency and cosmetic items. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 13 years old — or 16 where required by local law — to create an account, make purchases, or use in-game chat. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements, or that you have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
To access online features you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at dpo@tyga.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access.
ORBSTONIA is free to download and play. You may optionally purchase in-game currency ("Orb Shards" / "Stardust") and cosmetic items, via Stripe on the web or Apple/Google on mobile. By purchasing, you authorise the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property in ORBSTONIA are owned by Tyga.Cloud Ltd or its licensors. You retain rights to original content you submit (such as chat), and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
ORBSTONIA relies on third-party services, including Stripe (payments), Apple App Store and Google Play (distribution and in-app purchases), and OddSockets (real-time multiplayer). Your use of these is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Tyga.Cloud Ltd is not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. As an online game, the Service may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We shall not be liable for downtime, loss of progress, or service disruption caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyga.Cloud Ltd's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) £50. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tyga.Cloud Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service and any unused virtual currency or items ends, except where consumer law provides otherwise. You may request a data export within 30 days, after which we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
